We are Grant and Shawn and we HOMEBREW craft beer in the Valley of Sun, Tempe, Arizona. We have been brewing together since 2013 and started on a 5-gallon turkey frier in Grant’s backyard. We are still brewing in the backyard, but have increased our brewhouse to a 1 barrel kettle and 3 1-barrel Ss Brewtech fermenters.

We have had the fortune of partnering with Marcus Pena of Brewery 602 to lead Innocence Beer Company into the future. Marcus is an award winning homebrewer and has brewed professionally at Patent 139 Brewing Company for the last year. He has a passion for flavorful, traditional beers with a creative twist.

We enjoy brewing and drinking a spectrum of beer styles, but find ourselves mostly ankle-deep in hazy IPAs and barrel-aged stouts. Fear not, we proudly brew Belgian-inspired Saisons to fruited-sour styles as well. We like to experiment with hops and hopping techniques to get the best bang for the style.

We aim to open a boutique nano-brewery sometime in 2024 if all goes as planned. We are currently looking for potential investors that share our passion for the craft and brewing guilty pleasures we can all enjoy!
